Memberships
Your membership begins with a 30-day free trial, so you can explore everything before paying anything. If you decide it is not for you, cancel during the trial and you will never be charged. If you are charged after the trial and contact us within 30 days of that charge, we will refund it in full.
Store orders
Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email info@linktoffee.com with your order number and we will send instructions.

- We will confirm your refund within one business day and process it to your original payment method.
Return window
Refund requests for store products must be made within 30 days of delivery. Refunds typically appear on your statement within five to ten business days after we process them, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
- Perishable pantry goods (such as spices and oils) cannot be returned once opened, for food-safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Digital content already accessed under a membership is covered by the membership refund terms above rather than as a product return.
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery are not eligible for refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
